This delicious recipe derives from the Punjabi region of India. We’ve made a super quick recipe with our Kohinoor cooking sauces, providing you with an authentic and delicious curry in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients

375g sliced chicken
2tsp oil
50g mixed peppers (julienne)
1 medium onion (sliced)
5g ginger (sliced)
1 sliced chilli
1 tsp chopped coriander
2 tsp lemon juice
1 packet Kohinoor Adraki Bhuna cooking sauce
Finely sliced green chilli for decoration

Method

  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Add the chicken juliennes and sauté till its lightly coloured
  • Add the mixed peppers, onions, ginger and green chilli
  • Stir fry for a few minutes and then add the Kohinoor Bhuna sauce
  • Simmer the sauce until the chicken is cooked and sprinkle in the lemon juice
  • Serve piping hot, garnished with chopped coriander accompanied with Kohinoor rice
