The term Jalfrezi literally translates to ‘hot-fry’ and was developed in the Calcutta region of India. It’s a medium spiced curry, with hints of ginger and chilli in a rich tomato-based sauce.

If you prefer things a little hotter, our new Southern Madras sauce is the one for you. This flavoursome curry really packs a punch, with beautiful coconut and aromatic coriander.
