Can you handle the heat of our Spicy Kolhapuri Barbecued Chicken? Our spicy drumsticks are an assured winner and are bound to impress with our unique twist using our Kolhapuri Masala cooking sauce.

Ingredients

1 packet of Kohinoor Mumbai Kolhapuri Masala cooking sauce
10 chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
Salt and Pepper
Chopped coriander

Method

  • Mix together the sauce, garlic, ginger and season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Marinate the chicken in the Kolhapuri sauce and leave for at least 4 hours
  • After marinating, put the chicken on the barbecue
  • Keep basting the drumsticks with the marinade as it cooks
  • When the barbecued chicken is nice and charred on the outside and cooked through, sprinkle with coriander and serve

Top Tip

To reduce the amount of spice add yoghurt to the marinade
