Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Balti sauce –  1 Pack
  • Beef Steak sliced into long thin strips (juliennes) – 400g
  • Green Pepper sliced into long strips (juliennes) -1
  • Red Pepper sliced into long strips (juliennes) -1
  • White onion sliced – 1
  • Cooking oil – 2tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Crisp Taco Shells – 16
  • Lime cut into wedges – 1
  • Kohinoor Chilli Garlic Chutney

Heat oil in a pan, when the pan is very hot, sauté the beef steak until light brown in colour.

Add the sliced onions and bell pepper juliennes and cook for a couple of minutes.

Mix in the Kohinoor Balti sauce. Adjust the seasoning and cook for a further couple of minutes.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped coriander.

Heat the taco shells for approx. 2 mins (as per manufacturer instructions) and fill the taco shells with the beef accompanied with the lime wedge and Kohinoor Chilli garlic chutney.
