
Bread Pakora with Paneer

Ingredients
- Sliced white bread-08slices
- Paneer-280gms
- Kohinoor Mint and Coriander Chutney-1bottle
- Kohinoor Tamarind chutney-1bottle
- Salt – 1/4tsp
- Red chilli powder-2pinch
FOR BATTER:
- Chickpeas flour (Besan)-220gms
- Water-200ml
- Salt-05gms
- Red chilli powder-1/4tsp
- Cooking oil-02tbsps
method
Make a batter with chickpea flour, water salt and chilli powder. Whisk the batter well to make smooth, mix in the cooking oil and keep aside to rest for 20 minutes.
Cut the paneer block into half and slice each half to get 04 slices, sprinkle with salt and chilli powder.
To make the sandwich spread one teaspoon of Kohinoor mint coriander chutney on one side of the slice and Kohinoor Tamarind chutney on another slice of bread. Sandwich one slice of paneer between these two pieces of chutney spread bread.
Cut the sandwich into triangles or rectangles.
Preheat the grill to 180degree centigrade on a manual programme.
Wipe the surfaces with a kitchen paper towel dipped in cooking oil.
Dip the sandwich into the chickpeas batter and place on the hot grill, allow to cook for a minute and then close the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes, slowly open the grill scraping the top of the sandwich to release from the hot plate on top. Turn the sandwich and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy with the Kohinoor Chutneys.
