Butter Chicken Naanwich

Ingredients
- Chicken breast cut into strips – 600g
- Kohinoor Butter Chicken sauce – 1pack
- Round naans – 4
- Red onion juliennes (strips) – 50g
- Red and green bell pepper juliennes (strips) – 100g
- Oil – 2tsp
- Salt – 5g
- Chopped coriander leaves – 2tsp
- Butter – 20g
method
Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté the onions and bell peppers till lightly coloured.
Mix in the chicken breast strips and stir fry till light brown. Add salt and the Kohinoor Butter Chicken sauce, keep cooking till the chicken is cooked, approx. 7-10mins, then sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.
Take a naan bread with the bottom side facing up.
Spread the chicken mix on half of the naan and fold into a half-moon shape.
Apply butter to both side of the filled naan, then pan fry on a hot pan until both sides are crisp.
