Recipe for Chicken korma
Kohinoor Korma Cooking Sauce – 1 packet
Cooking Oil – 2tsp
Diced Chicken Breast – 500grams
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the diced chicken breast till the pieces have a light brown colour.
Add the Kohinoor Korma Cooking Sauce, bring to a boil then reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Serve with Kohinoor Platinum Basmati rice and naan bread or chapatis.
