Chicken Tikka Masala Fajitas

  • Kohinoor Tikka Masala Sauce-01pkt
  • Chicken breast 500gms
  • Cooking oil-04tbsp
  • Salt-1/2tsp
  • Red bell pepper-01
  • Green bell pepper -01
  • Large Onion sliced-01
  • Tortillas-8
  • Chopped coriander leaves-03tbsps


Cut the chicken breast, red and green peppers into strips.

Heat 02tbsp of oil in a pan, sauté the sliced onions, red and green bell pepper strips for 05minutes adding salt and some chopped coriander leaves.

Remove from pan and keep aside.

In the same pan add the remaining oil, stir fry the chicken strips until they are light brown in colour.

Add the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce and cook till chicken is cooked.

Warm the fajitas on both sides in a pan, fill with chicken tikka masala, sauteed onion bell pepper mix and some chopped coriander.

Fold and serve hot.
