Chicken Korma & Sultana Biriyani
A delicious Chicken Korma recipe with a twist. Collaborating with Tefal on their Turbo Cuisine Multi-Cooker, our Korma cooking sauce is versatile and is yummy in this sweet Biriyani recipe. Serve with Kohinoor Basmati Rice and enjoy.

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Korma Cooking Sauce – 1 packet
- Diced chicken breast – 400g
- Butter-50g
- Chopped onion
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt – to taste
- Double cream – 50ml
- Kohinoor platinum basmati rice-200g
- Water – 200ml
- Sultanas – 75g
- Coriander – 20g
method
Without closing the lid, select the programme BROWN on your Tefal Turbo Cuisine Multi-Cooker for 10 minutes at 160 degree C, and press START.
Wash the basmati rice with running water until the water runs clear. Then allow to soak.
Once to temperature, add the butter, onion, garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the diced chicken breast and sauté for 6 minutes, or until cooked.
Mix in the Kohinoor Korma cooking sauce, salt, double cream and sultanas.
Drain all the water from the soaked rice and add to the pot.
Add 200ml of hot water, mix well.
Close and fully lock the lid. Select the programme STEW for 8 minutes and press START.
When the time is up, press the steam release button to release the pressure before opening the lid.
Serve and garnished with Coriander.
