Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Tikka Masala Cooking sauce – 1 packet

    For Grilled Chicken

  • Diced Chicken Breast – 500 gms
  • Yoghurt – 50 gms
  • Oil – 4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 20 gms
  • Salt – 5 gms
  • Lemon juice – 10ml
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala – ¼ tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsps

method

Marinate the chicken breast with yoghurt, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala and oil.

Allow to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, but even better if over night.

Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking tray and cook in a hot oven heated to 240 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.

Heat the Kohinoor Tikka Masala Sauce in a pan and add the cooked chicken.  

Bring to a boil and serve with sprinkled chopped coriander leaves, accompanied with Kohinoor Platinum Basmati rice and naan bread or chapatis.
