Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce – 1 packet
  • Diced Chicken Breast – 500gms
  • Red and Green Bell Peppers (cut into 1 inch cubes) – 200gms
  • Onion (cut into 1 inch cubes) – 200gms
  • Yoghurt – 50gms
  • Oil – 4 tablespoons
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 20gms
  • Salt – 10gms
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Chilli Powder – ¼ tablespoon
  • Garam Masala – ½ tablespoon
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoons
  • Wooden Skewers – 8 skewers

method

Add the diced chicken breast, cubes of bell peppers and onions in a mixing bowl, marinate with yoghurt, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, lemon juice and garam masala.

Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes, skewer the chicken, bell pepper and onion cubes.

Heat oil in a large frying pan or grill pan and cook the skewers, turning them until the chicken is fully cooked.

Heat the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce in a separate pan.

Serve the skewers with the Tikka Masala sauce, garnish with chopped coriander, and accompany with Kohinoor Platinum Basmati rice and naan bread or chapatis.
