Ingredients
- Kohinoor Chilli Paneer Sauce – 1 packet
- Small Diced Chicken Breast – 450gms
- Egg White – 1
- Soya Sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Corn Flour – 1.5 tablespoon
- Dices of Green And Red Bell Peppers – 50gms
- Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon
- Oil for Deep Frying
method
Marinate the diced chicken with egg white and soya sauce, mix in the corn flour and keep for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep fat fryer to 180 degree centigrade.
Put the pieces of chicken in hot oil one by one, cook until golden in colour and chicken is cooked through.
Take a frying pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the bell pepper dices.
Pour in the contents of the Kohinoor Chilli Paneer sauce and bring to a boil.
Add the fried chicken pieces and cook till all the sauce is coated on the chicken.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves and accompanied with steamed basmati or jasmine rice.
