Christmas Curry

Turn your Christmas dinner leftovers into a delicious madras curry, the perfect cure for any boxing day hangovers!

Simply add your leftovers to a pot, add the madras sauce and let it simmer for as long as you want – we suggest a nice long winter walk and returning home to this warming Christmas curry!

This recipe can be made with any leftovers you have at hand and if you are looking for a vegan/veggie version just leave out the meat!

Recipe for Christmas Curry

Ingredients

Kohinoor Madras sauce – 1 packet
Onion – 1
Leftover Turkey
Leftover Roast Potatoes
Leftover Veg

step 1

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped onion, add the diced leftover turkey, or chicken and stir fry till the pieces have a light brown colour.

Add the leftover potatoes and vegetables.

Pour in the Kohinoor Madras sauce, add 100ml of water to adjust thickness of sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
