The butter chicken burrito can be a quick and easy midweek meal or a tasty treat for when entertaining guests!
Recipe Creamy butter chicken burrito
Kohinoor Butter Chicken sauce – 1 pouch
Kohinoor Coriander & Mint Chutney (optional)
Kohinoor Chilli Garlic Chutney (optional)
Chicken breast cut into small dices – 400 grams
Onion small dice – 100 grams
Oil – 4 tablespoons
Salt – 5 grams
Chilli powder – 2 grams
Garam masala – 2 grams
Cooked basmati rice – 300 grams
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
Large tortillas – 4 number
Heat a frying pan with 4 tablespoons of oil, sauté the onions, add the chicken dices, stir-fry adding salt, chilli powder and garam masala.
Add in the Kohinoor Butter Chicken sauce cook until the chicken is cooked, approx 15 mins. Remove from heat, mix in the cooked basmati rice and chopped coriander leaves.
Warm the tortilla on both sides and wrap with the butter chicken rice filling.
Enjoy with the Kohinoor Chutneys.
