Kohinoor Kohlapuri Sauce – 1 packet
Beef mince – 400 grams
Cooking Oil – tablespoon
Kidney beans – 1 tin
White onion – 1
Carrot – 1
Frozen green peas – 100 grams
Kohinoor basmati rice
Butter – 20 grams
Salt – pinch
Heat oil in a pan sauté the chopped onions for a few minutes, add the chopped carrots.
Mix in the beef mince and stir fry till the beef gets a good brown colour, add the cooked kidney beans, salt to taste,
Add the Kohinoor Kohlapuri sauce, allow to cook on slow heat for 15-20 minutes.
Add the frozen green peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
