5-step Butter Chicken Pasta
Butter Chicken Pasta is perfect for for a quick and comforting meal. This fusion meal takes the rich & creamy flavours of Indian butter chicken sauce and combines them into an Italian pasta dish.
This recipe can be cooked by anyone in under 30 minutes and only needs a handful of ingredients. It is ideal for a delicious and cost effective meal for the whole family and any leftovers can be used for lunch the next day.

Recipe for butter chicken pasta
Ingredients
Kohinoor Butter chicken sauce – 1 packet
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons
Chicken breast (cut into small pieces) – 500 grams
Butter – 20 grams
Double cream – 50 grams
Pasta of your choice – 250 grams
Grated cheese – 100 grams (optional)
Chopped coriander – Handful

Method

Butter Chicken Pasta

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the small cubes of chicken breast, stir fry until the pieces have a light brown colour.
Step 2

Add the Kohinoor Butter Chicken sauce, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Step 3

Boil water in a pot with salt and add the dry pasta. Â When cooked, strain the pasta and add to the chicken.
Step 4

Mix in the butter, double cream and grated cheese.
Step 5

Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves, serve your butter chicken pasta and enjoy.
