Jacket Potatoes with Veg Curry

  • Kohinoor Egg Curry sauce – 1 packet
  • Large jacket potatoes – 4
  • Cooking oil – 2tbsps
  • Chopped onions – 1
  • Frozen diced mixed vegetables – 500 gram
  • Salt – 2 grams
  • Chopped coriander – 1tbsp


Bake the jacket potatoes in the oven.

To make the vegetable curry, heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions, sauté, add in the frozen mix vegetable and cook on low heat till the vegetable are thawed.

Add in the Kohinoor Egg Curry sauce, adjust seasoning by adding salt.

Allow to cook for 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped coriander.

Make a slit in the cooked jacket potatoes fill with the vegetable curry and serve hot.
