Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Karahi Cooking Sauce – 1 pack
  • Kohinoor Dal Makhani – 1 pack
  • Diced lamb – 500gms
  • Cooking oil – 2tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Water – 300ml
  • Diced Green and Red bell peppers – 50gms
  • Diced onion – 1
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 2tbsps

method

Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan, add the lamb and stir-fry until its light brown in colour.

Add 300ml of water and the salt, cover the pan and allow to cook for 30-40 minutes on slow heat.

When the lamb is almost cooked, increase the heat and evaporate most of the water.

Add the diced onions and bell peppers, sauté of a couple of minutes mix in the Kohinoor Karahi Sauce and cook for a further 10 minutes on slow heat.

Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves with a side of Kohinoor Dal Makhani and Naan.
