Kohinoor £100 Product Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Kohinoor £100 Product Giveaway (“Giveaway”). By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this Giveaway is Kohinoor Joy. Kohinoor Joy is owned by Indo European Foods Ltd.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Kohinoor, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Giveaway. 2.2. Participants must have access to the internet and a valid email address to enter the Giveaway.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the designated survey provided by Kohinoor. 3.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 3.3. Entries must be received by 1/11/24. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize
4.1. The prize is £100 worth of products from Kohinoor, chosen by the winner from available stock at the time of prize redemption. 4.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. 4.3. Kohinoor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond Kohinoor’s control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. 5.2. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Giveaway closing date. 5.3. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw using the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond to Kohinoor within 14 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Kohinoor will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 5.4. The decision of Kohinoor regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize Delivery
6.1. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of the winner being notified and providing a valid delivery address. 6.2. Kohinoor is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery that are outside of its control.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1. Kohinoor will only process your personal information as set out in the Kohinoor Privacy Policy. 7.2. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Kohinoor will not be responsible for or liable to compensate the winner for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Kohinoor, its agents, or distributors.
9. General
9.1. Kohinoor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so. 9.2. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
