Ingredients
8 lamb chops
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 lemon, juiced
1 packet Kohinoor Madras Cooking Sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 fresh green chilli, sliced
Fresh Coriander
Method
- Marinate the lamb chops with the yoghurt, cumin, curry powder, turmeric, and the lemon juice. Marinate the meat for about 20 minutes
- Once marinated, fry the lamb chops on a high heat to get a colour. Once seared on the outside, put into the oven at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes
- Whilst in the oven, heat the oil in a sauce pan and add the garlic and ginger paste. Allow to cook out for a couple of minutes
- Add the Kohinoor Madras Cooking Sauce to the saucepan and turn the heat down low
