Lamb Adraki Bhuna

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Adraki Bhuna sauce- 1packet
- Diced lamb(ON THE BONE) 500 grams
- Cooking oil – 2 tsps
- Salt – to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves – handful
For Plain Rice
- Kohinoor basmati rice – 200 grams
- Butter – 20 grams
- Salt – to taste
- Boiling water-400ml
method
Heat oil in a thick bottom saucepan, add the diced lamb and sauté till the lamb gets a light brown colour. Add salt and 200ml of water, reduce the heat and cover the pan, allow to cook for 30-40 minutes, until the lamb is cooked.
Add the Kohinoor Bhuna sauce, bring to a boil, cook for 5minutes add the chopped coriander leaves and its ready to serve.
Wash and soak the basmati rice in lukewarm water and keep for ½ hour.
Add the boiling water in a pan, mix in the butter and salt, add the soaked rice after draining all the water. Allow to cook on medium heat till all the water is absorbed and holes form on the surface of the rice, cover with kitchen paper towels, cover with lid, reduce the heat to very slow, allow to steam for 7 minutes, open and fork the rice to make it fluffy.
