Lamb Balti Hot Dogs

Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Balti Cooking Sauce – 1pkt
  • Lamb Mince- 500 gms
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  • Chopped onions- 75gms
  • Ginger garlic paste- 02tsp
  • Cooking oil- 02tbspn
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2tbsps
  • Brioche Hot Dog Bun x4

method

Mix the lamb mice with salt, pepper powder, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and chopped coriander.

Using a little oil, shape the marinated mince into 4inch cylinders to look like hot dogs.

Place the lamb hot dogs on the nonstick cooking rack. Cook at 200 degrees for 11-12 minutes.

Take a round cake tin which fits in the air fryer, empty out the Kohinoor Balti sauce.

Add the cooked lamb hot dogs on top of the sauce, sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.

Cover the cake tin with aluminium foil, place in the bowl of the air fryer after removing the cooking rack and wiping any excess fat in the bowl.

Cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade.

Serve inside a hot dog bun or wrapped in Naan bread, top with some crushed poppadoms for that extra crunch.
