Kohinoor Balti Cooking Sauce – 1 packet
Lamb Chops – 600gms
Cooking Oil – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 3gms
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoons
Marinate the lamb chops with salt and ginger garlic paste.
Heat oil in a frying pan and panfry the chops until they are light brown in colour.
Add the Kohinoor Balti Cooking Sauce to the pan with the lamb chops, bring to boil, cover the pan and allow to cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with Kohinoor Platinum Basmati rice and naan bread or chapatis.
