Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is a refreshing way to enjoy a taste of India at home. Blended with ripe mango, thick yoghurt, a touch of spice and a splash of milk, it’s the perfect drink to cool down with on a warm day or to finish off a spicy meal.

Ingredients

  • Greek Yoghurt – 500g
  • Canned mango pulp – 250g
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Ice – 5 large cubes

method

Put the yoghurt with mango pulp, sugar and ice in a blender and blend for a couple of minutes.

Serve chilled.
