Ingredients

  • Frozen fries-1kg
  • Kohinoor Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce – 1 pack
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese – 100g
  • Chopped Coriander leaves – 2tbsps

For Chicken Tikka:

  • Diced chicken breast – 600g
  • Yoghurt – 100g
  • Oil – 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 20g
  • Salt – 5g
  • Lemon juice – 10ml
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala – ¼ tsp

method

Marinate the chicken breast with yoghurt, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala and oil.

Allow the chicken to marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Arrange the pieces of chicken on a greased baking tray, cook in a preheated oven for 20-25mins at 200 degrees centigrade.

Heat the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce in a pan, add the cooked chicken and keep warm.

Cook the frozen fries as per instruction on the packet.

Arrange the cooked fries on a large platter, spread the chicken tikka masala on top, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and chopped coriander.
