One-Pan Spicy Vegan Chilli

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Chilli Paneer sauce
- Tofu – 400gms
- Red pepper – 1
- Green pepper – 1
- Yellow pepper – 1
- Large red onions – 1
- Chopped coriander -1tsp
- Cooking oil – 20ml
method
Cut the tofu, all the peppers and onions into 1 inch cubes.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Heat a pan, add oil and pan fry the tofu to get a good brown colour, remove, add the rest of the vegetable dices and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the Kohinoor Chilli Paneer Sauce to the pan with the fried tofu and vegetables.
Bring to a boil serve garnished with chopped coriander.
