Originating from Punjab, this recipe is a British take on the traditional Butter Chicken and is becoming one of the UKs most popular Indian Flavours. It’s made with Tandoor grilled chicken “Tikkas” marinated in Tandoori spice. A mild aromatic blend of tomatoes with garlic, fenugreek leaves and a hint of coconut.
