Ingredients
- Greek Yoghurt – 250g
- Finely chopped red onion – 3tbsp
- Finely chopped cucumber – 4tbsp
- Finely chopped tomato – 2tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander – 1tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
method
Lightly whisk the yoghurt to break the lumps.
Mix in the chopped red onions, cucumber, tomato, coriander and salt.
Sprinkle with cumin powder and serve.
