Ingredients

  • Greek Yoghurt – 250g
  • Finely chopped red onion – 3tbsp
  • Finely chopped cucumber – 4tbsp
  • Finely chopped tomato – 2tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander – 1tbsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder – ¼ tsp

method

Lightly whisk the yoghurt to break the lumps.

Mix in the chopped red onions, cucumber, tomato, coriander and salt.

Sprinkle with cumin powder and serve.
