This recipe is a great dinner to make after a roast dinner. Reduce your food waste with delicious meals that are easy to cook and turn leftovers into something tasty.

Ingredients

450g roast lamb
1 Kohinoor Adraki Bhuna Cooking Sauce
1 onion, diced
100g green and red peppers, diced
50g spring onion, sliced
20g ginger, sliced
25g butter
Chopped coriander to serve

Method

  • Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion
  • When gold brown, add the roast lamb and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add the peppers and ginger and cooked for 5 minutes
  • Add the Adraki Bhuna Cooking Sauce and simmer for 2 minutes
  • Add the spring onions and coriander to serve
