Ingredients
450g roast lamb
1 Kohinoor Adraki Bhuna Cooking Sauce
1 onion, diced
100g green and red peppers, diced
50g spring onion, sliced
20g ginger, sliced
25g butter
Chopped coriander to serve
Method
- Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion
- When gold brown, add the roast lamb and fry for 2 minutes
- Add the peppers and ginger and cooked for 5 minutes
- Add the Adraki Bhuna Cooking Sauce and simmer for 2 minutes
- Add the spring onions and coriander to serve
