Ingredients
- Frozen Vegetable Samosas – 12
- Oil for deep frying
- Kohinoor Chana Masala -1 pack
- Kohinoor Tamarind Chutney – 1 bottle
- Yoghurt – 200g
- Sugar – 1tsp
- Salt -3g
- Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves – 2tsp
method
Make a yoghurt sauce by mixing the yoghurt with sugar, salt and the chilli powder.
Heat the Kohinoor Chana Masala as per instructions on the packet, approx. 2mins.
Heat oil and deep fry the vegetable samosas as per instructions on the packet.
Arrange 3 samosas on a plate, top with a few tablespoons of the heated Kohinoor Channa Masala, add a couple of teaspoons of Kohinoor Tamarind Chutney and the yoghurt sauce made earlier
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
