Slow Cooked Beef Curry

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Bhuna Sauce – 1 pack
- Beef short ribs/ stewing beef chunks – 600g
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Cooking oil – 2 tbsps
- White onion chopped – 1
- Garlic fine chopped – 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander – 2 tbsps
- Water – 300ml
method
Use an oven proof pot with a lid for this recipe.
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in the pot and brown the beef pieces, remove from the pan.
In the same pan add the chopped onions and garlic, cook until the onions are light brown in colour.
Mix in the beef pieces, add the Kohinoor Bhuna Sauce and 300ml of water.
Bring to a boil, cover the pot with a lid or aluminium foil, place in the oven for 2-2.5hours at 170 degree centigrade.
Check the beef is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
Adjust seasoning and serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
