Slow Cooked Beef Stew

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Bhuna sauce – 1 packet
- Diced Beef for stewing – 500gms
- Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons
- Salt – 10gms
- Chopped garlic – 1 tablespoon
- Potato cut into large cubes – 200gms
- Carrots cut into large cubes – 100gms
- Onion large dices – 100gms
- Garam masala – ½ tablespoon
- Chopped coriander leaves – 3 tablespoons
method
Heat oil in a deep pan with a lid, add the chopped garlic stir fry until light brown. Add the diced beef and cook on high heat to colour the meat.
Add the diced onions and the Kohinoor Bhuna sauce and bring to a boil, the water, diced potatoes and carrots, reduce heat to low. Cover the pan and allow to cook slowly for 80-90 minutes until the meat and potatoes are cooked.
Adjust the seasoning, adding salt as required and add the garam masala. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander
