Spicy Balti Beef Burgers

Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Balti Sauce – 1 pack
  • Large Brioche buns – 4
  • Beef Mince – 500g
  • Lettuce leaves – 30g
  • White onion chopped
  • Garlic fine chopped – 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander – 2 tbsps
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
  • Chopped green chilli (optional) – ½ tsp
  • Cooking oil – 3 tsp
  • Butter – 20g

method

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, garlic and green chilli until translucent.

Take the beef mince in a bowl add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and cooked onion garlic green chilli.

Mix well, divide into four portions and shape into burger patties and keep refrigerated for 15-20 mins.

Heat the Kohinoor Balti Sauce in a saucepan and keep aside.

Cook the beef burger patties on the barbeque.

To assemble the burger, cut the bun into half, apply butter and warm on the barbecue.

Arrange the lettuce on the bun, top with beef patty add a couple of tablespoons of Kohinoor Balti sauce and cover with the bun top.
