One-pan Spicy Vegan Chilli
Packed full of flavour, protein and veggie goodness, our tofu chilli is a hearty meal that will have the whole family coming back for more.

Recipe for spicy vegan chilli
Ingredients
Kohinoor Chilli Paneer sauce
Tofu – 400gms
Red pepper – 1
Green pepper – 1
Yellow pepper – 1
Large red onions – 1
Chopped coriander -1tsp
Cooking oil – 20ml
method
Cut the tofu, all the peppers and onions into 1 inch cubes.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Heat a pan, add oil and pan fry the tofu to get a good brown colour, remove, add the rest of the vegetable dices and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the Kohinoor Chilli Paneer Sauce to the pan with the fried tofu and vegetables.
Bring to a boil serve garnished with chopped coriander.
