Spicy Indian Pasta

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Kohlapuri sauce – 1 packet
- Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons
- Beef mince – 500gms
- Chopped onion – 100gms
- Chopped garlic – 1 tablespoon
- Any dry pasta – 300gms
- Grated cheese – 100gms (optional)
- Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – ½ tablespoon
method
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped garlic and onion till light brown add the beef mince.
Stir fry on high heat until it is well browned.
Mix in the Kohinoor Kohlapuri sauce, bring to a boil, add a little water to adjust thickness, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes until the mince is cooked. Adjust seasoning, adding salt as required, then mix in the chopped coriander leaves.
In a pot, boil water with salt, add the dry pasta, simmer for 10min (as per cooking instructions on the packet). When cooked, strain the pasta and add to the beef sauce.
Serve hot topped with grated cheese.
