Ingredients
- Kohinoor Tamarind Chutney – 1 bottle
- Boneless Chicken Thighs – 16
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
method
2.5 Hours before the match:
Marinate the boneless chicken thighs with salt, chilli powder, garlic paste, oil and half the bottle of the Kohinoor Tamarind chutney.
Keep the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to marinate.
Remove from fridge at least 30mins before cooking to bring them to room temperature.
At Half Time:
Cook on a barbeque for approx. 15 mins.
Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 25-30 minutes.
