Tandoori Chicken Tikka

Who says that Tikka Masala is limited to a curry? Get adventurous with the Kohinoor Tikka Masala cooking sauce with this Tandoori Chicken Tikka recipe using the Tefal XXL Easy Fry Air fryer. Serving 4 people, dish out with sides of your choosing and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Diced Chicken breast-500 gms
  • Yoghurt-50gms
  • Oil- 04 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste-20 gms
  • Salt-05 gms
  • Lemon juice-10ml
  • Chilli powder-1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala-1/4tsp

method

Marinate the chicken breast with yoghurt, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala and oil.

Allow to marinate for a minimum of 01 hour.

Place the marinated chicken breast on the nonstick cooking rack. Cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Take a round cake tin which fits in the air fryer, empty out the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce, add the double cream and mix.

Add the cooked chicken tikkas on top of the sauce, sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves

Cover the cake tin with aluminium foil, place in the bowl of the air fryer after removing the cooking rack and wiping any excess fat in the bowl.

Cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade.

Serve with Kohinoor Platinum Basmati rice and naan bread or chapatis.
