Three bean Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce – 1 packet
  • Beef mince – 400gms
  • Chopped onions – 100gms
  • Chopped garlic – 2 cloves
  • Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes – 01/2tsp
  • Green bell pepper (small diced) – 1
  • Mixed beans – 1 x 400g tin
  • Chopped coriander – 1tbsp

method

Without closing the lid, select the programme BROWN on your Tefal Turbo Cuisine Multi-Cooker for 10 minutes at 160 degrees C, and press START.

Once to temperature, add the cooking oil, chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until light brown.

Add the beef mince and fry for 5 minutes, or until browned.

Add the Kohinoor Tikka masala cooking sauce, diced green peppers and the content of the mixed bean tin.

Mix well adding salt and the chilli flakes as per your taste.  

Close and fully lock the lid. Select the programme STEW for 8 minutes and press START.

When the time is up, press the steam release button to release the pressure before opening the lid.

Serve with Kohinoor Platinum Basmati Rice and garnished with chopped coriander.
