Ingredients
- Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce – 1 pack
- Potato Gnocchi – 500g
- Diced Courgettes – 2
- Diced red bell peppers – 1
- Diced green bell peppers – 1
- Olive oil – 4tbsp
- Diced onion – 1
- Chopped garlic – 1tsp
- Salt – 1/4tsp
- Red chilli flakes – 1/4tsp
- Double cream – 100ml
- Grated Cheddar cheese – 150g
method
Preheated oven at 180°C.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan, stir fry the potato gnocchi until light brown in colour, remove and place onto a plate.
In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and stir fry the chopped garlic for 1 minute. Add the diced onions, diced bell peppers and the diced courgettes and keep frying until the vegetables are lightly coloured. Remove from pan and mix with the gnocchi.
In the same pan, pour the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce and bring to a boil. Add the salt, chili flakes, cream and the stir-fried gnocchi and vegetables. Add half the grated cheese and mix well.
Pour this mix in an oven proof dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.
