
Balti STEAK SANDWICH
Sink your teeth into our Balti Steak Sandwich, where tender slices of steak are marinated and coated in Kohinoor Balti Cooking Sauce. Topped with a delicious slice of mature cheese and cooked onions, serve with Sourdough bread and enjoy.

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Balti sauce – 1 pack
- Beef Steak cut into strips – 600g
- Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
- Large white onion sliced – 2
- Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- White bloomer bread – 8 slices
- Cheddar cheese slices – 4
- Butter – 50g
method
Add salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of oil to the beef steak strips, mix well and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, stir fry the sliced onions adding a pinch of salt, until light brown in colour.
Remove the onions and add the marinated beef strips to the pan, cook on high heat for a couple of minutes to brown the steak.
Mix in the Kohinoor Balti sauce and stir fry for 4-5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.
Divide the cooked steak into four parts on the pan, on each, place a slice of cheese. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
Toast the bloomer slices, apply butter, top with the cooked onions and cooked beef with cheese.  Â
