Cheesy Masala Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Butter Chicken cooking sauce – 1 packet
  • Potato peeled, cut in 1inch cubes-800gms
  • Double cream-100ml
  • Black pepper powder-1/2tsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated-120gms
  • Chopped coriander-01tbsp
  • Paprika – 1 tsp
  • Tumeric – 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil
  • Nigella seeds ½ tsp

method

In a large bowl season the diced potatoes with paprika, turmeric, olive oil, salt and pepper and nigella seeds.

Set the air fryer to ROAST and add the potato cubes, close the draw and roast at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Shake the potatoes half way through.

Once the potatoes are cooked, remove the potatoes and the tray from the air fryer. In the same drawer that cooked the potatoes add the Butter Chicken cooking sauce, coriander and double cream. Stir and return to air fryer for 2 minutes.

Scatter the potatoes on top of the sauce, stir through, top with cheese and return for 2 minutes.
