Cheesy Masala Sprouts

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Tikka Masala Sauce – 1 pack
- Brussels Sprouts – 750g
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Cooking oil – 3 tbsp
- Double cream – 100ml
- Grated cheddar cheese – 120g
method
Cut the sprouts into half lengthwise.
Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and oil, mix well to coat all the Brussel sprout pieces.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees centigrade.
Arrange the marinated brussels sprouts on a baking tray cook for 10-12 minutes.
Heat the Kohinoor Tikka Masala Sauce in a saucepan, add the double cream and 30g of the cheddar cheese.
Remove the tray from oven and put all the cooked sprouts in an oven proof dish.
Pour the prepared sauce on top and sprinkle rest of the grated cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
