Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Butter Chicken Sauce – 1 pack
  • Boneless Chicken Breast – 500g
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 25g
  • Fine chopped garlic – 1 tsp
  • Fine chopped white onion – 100g
  • Sliced button mushrooms – 150g
  • Sour cream – 120g
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

method

Cut the chicken breast in strips, marinate with salt and chilli powder.

Heat oil in a frying pan, stir fry the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan, then in the same pan add the butter and the chopped garlic and onion, cook until the onions are light brown in colour.

Add the sliced mushrooms and stir fry for a few minutes.

Add the chicken back to the pan, mix in the Kohinoor Butter Chicken Sauce.

Bring to a boil, check the chicken is cooked, turn off the heat and mix in the sour cream.

Adjust seasoning, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Kohinoor Basmati Rice.
