
Crispy Chilli Beef

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Chilli Paneer sauce – 1 pack
- Thin sliced Beef steak – 600g
- Cooking oil – to deep fry
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Sugar – ¼ tsp
- Cornstarch – 100gms
- Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
- Chopped spring onion greens – 2 tbsp
method
Cut the beef into thin strips, then marinate with soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder and sugar. Let the marinated beef rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil for deep frying to 180°C.
Coat the beef strips in corn starch making sure that each strip is well coated. Shake to remove excess cornstarch.
Deep fry in small batches for 1 minute, remove from pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Add the beef strips for a second time into hot oil and fry until crispy.
Pour the Kohinoor Chilli Paneer sauce in a frying pan and bring to a boil to thicken slightly. Add the crispy beef strips and toss well to coat the beef evenly.
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and spring onion greens.
