Spicy Kolhapuri Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- Chicken wings – 1kg
- Kohinoor Kolhapuri Cooking sauce – 1 pack
- Yoghurt – 250g
- Water – 250ml
- Salt – 10g
- Chilli powder – 1tsp
- Ginger – 2inch piece
- Plain flour – 350g
- Black pepper powder – 1tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves – 2tsp
- Oil for deep frying
method
Make a marinade by mixing the yoghurt, water, 5g of salt, ½ tsp chilli powder and grated ginger.
Marinate the chicken wings and keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Make a coating mix by mixing 5g salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, ½ chilli powder and 350g plain flour.
Remove the marinated chicken wings from fridge at least half an hour before cooking.
Take each chicken wings and coat with the mix, shake well to remove excess flour.
Heat the Kohinoor Kolhapuri sauce and keep aside.
Deep fry the wings till golden in colour and the chicken is cooked.
Place all the fried chicken into a mixing bowl and add the Kohinoor Kolhapuri Sauce, toss the chicken wings to coat the then garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
