Ingredients

  • Kohinoor Karahi sauce-01pkt
  • Diced Chicken Breast-500gms
  • Cooking oil-02tbsps
  • Diced onions-1
  • Diced green bell pepper-1
  • Diced Tomato-1
  • Salt-1/4tsp
  • Chopped coriander-02tbsp

method

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the diced chicken and cook until the chicken pieces are light brown in colour.

Mix in the diced onion and bell pepper, stir fry for a couple of minutes.

Add the Kohinoor Karahi sauce and cook for 10-15minutes.

Adjust the seasoning and add the diced tomato and cook on high heat for 05minutes.

Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander with Naan and Basmati rice.
