Chicken Burger with Tikka Sauce

Ingredients
- Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce – 1 pack
- Large Brioche buns – 4
- Chicken Mince – 500g
- Lettuce leaves – 30g
- White onion chopped – 1
- Garlic fine chopped -1 tsp
- Chopped coriander – 2 tbsps
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Paprika powder – ¼ tsp
- Cooking oil – 3 tsp
- Butter – 20g
method
To make the burger patty (before the match starts):
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
Take the chicken mince in a bowl, add the salt and paprika powder. Add the cooked onion and garlic mix then and chopped coriander. Mix well.
Divide into four portions and shape into burger patties and keep refrigerated.
At Half Time:
Heat the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce in a saucepan and keep aside.
Cook the chicken burger patties on a BBQ or frying pan.
To assemble the burger, cut the buns into half, apply butter and warm on a frying pan.
Arrange the lettuce on the bun, dip the cooked chicken patty in the Kohinoor Tikka Masala sauce and place on top of the lettuce, cover with the bun top and enjoy.
