Tofu is ideal paired with our Chilli Paneer Cooking sauce, as it soaks up all the tasty and powerful fiery flavours for a perfect vegan curry.
100g peppers, diced
1 tsp cooking oil
30g spring onions, chopped
1 Kohinoor Chilli Paneer Cooking Sauce
- Heat the oil in a large pan and add the peppers. Fry until softened
- Add the Kohinoor Chilli Paneer Cooking Sauce and bring to a simmer
- Cut the tofu into chunks, and add to the cooking sauce and allow the tofu to cook and soak up the flavours for 10 minutes.
- Serve with a sprinkling of the chopped spring onion.
