  • Kohinoor Korma Cooking Sauce – 1pkt
  • Small Chicken Breast -04nos
  • Salt-1/4 tsp
  • Cooking oil-02tbsps
  • Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • Chilli powder-1/4tsp
  • Double cream-50ml
  • Flake almonds or cashew nuts-20gms


Mix the salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and oil to make a paste.

Make crisscross cuts on the chicken breast, apply the spice paste on the chicken breasts.

Place the marinated chicken breast on the nonstick cooking rack. Cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Take a round cake tin which fits in the air fryer, empty out the Kohinoor Korma sauce, add the double cream and mix.

Place the cooked chicken breast on top of the sauce, sprinkle with flaked almonds or cashew nuts.

Cover the cake tin with aluminium foil, place in the bowl of the air fryer after removing the cooking rack and wiping any excess fat in the bowl.

Cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade.

Serve with Kohinoor Platinum Basmati rice and naan bread or chapatis and enjoy!
