Description

Korma or “qurma” is a sweet and rich dish originating from Lucknow, with influences from Persia and the Mughal Emperors. Meat or Vegetables were slow cooked with yoghurt, aromatic spices, cashew nuts, almonds and saffron. A sweet rich sauce of onions, coconut, cashew nuts and spices.
